Basic Rule

Each registration allows only one participant. If more than one authors wish to attend APEMC 2025, all of them need to register independently. Please note that although the Early-bird rate ends at 23:59, April 8th, 2025, the author/presenter registration deadline is 23:59, March 31st, 2025 NST(UTC+08:00).

Each presented paper needs to be covered by at least one registration. Each regular registration (including sponsor delegates and IEEE Life Members) covers up to two papers, while each student registration covers one paper. Both regular and student registration cover lunches from May 20th to May 22nd, Welcome Reception and Banquet.

On the other hand, May 19th One-Day Pass does not cover any paper. Nor dose it cover lunches, Welcome Reception or Banquet.

  

Optional Purchase

Regular registrants can pay additional NTD 3,200 to cover up to one additional paper.

Regular and student registrants can pay additional NTD 3,200 to purchase additional banquet ticket(s).

Regular and student registrants can pay additional fees for optional tours to Google Taiwan, TSMC Museum of Innovation, Sporton International Inc., Taiwan Electric Research & Testing Center (TERTEC) EMC Laboratory, etc. For the detailed tour itineary and price, please refer to this page.

May 19th One-Day Pass registrants cannot pay for any additional content, which is only available for full registrants.

Invoices and Certificates of Attendance

Conference invoices and certificates of attendance will be available for download on the registration system since the conference begins on May 19, 2025.

Visa Application for Chinese Citizens

If you are a Chinese passport holder and require APEMC 2025 to apply for a visa for you, please complete the registration and payment and send the required documents to the Conference Secretariat by March 10, 2025. For more details, please refer to this page. Visa application fee for Chinese citizens are included in the registration fee.

Refund Policy

Please note that APEMC 2025 does not accept any refund request. Please confirm attendance-relevant details before making the final payment on the registration system.
