Paper Submission
Those who wish to present their scientific work at APEMC 2025 should submit a document electronically in two-column and either one-page abstract for submissions (for the Conference Proceedings only, Oral/Poster) or full-length paper (2-4 pages) for submissions (for the Conference Proceedings, as well as IEEE Xplore, Oral/Poster). Both one-page abstracts and full-length papers must be submitted through the online Paper Submission System, which is available from this page.
For manuscript submissions, please use the paper template below. Please note that this template is based on the IEEE paper template, but a minor modification was made. You must not put any text at the bottom of the first page, although the original IEEE template has a copyright notice there. The copyright notice will be later added on our end after the final manuscripts of the accepted papers have been submitted to EDAS.
For TeX users, you can use the standard IEEE conference LaTeX template, but please note that you must not put any text at the bottom of the first page, although the original IEEE template has a copyright notice there. The copyright notice will be later added on our end after the final manuscripts of the accepted papers have been submitted to EDAS.
In addition to tutorials and workshops, there are two types of scientific sessions for APEMC 2025: "Regular Sessions" and "Special Sessions". The Regular Sessions will consist of contributed papers only, while the Special Sessions will be arranged by the Session Organizers. When submitting a paper, the author will be asked to select one session topic that best match the contents of the paper for review. There are 17 session topics for the Regular Sessions.
The submission deadline is November 30 2024 December 15 2024 January 7 2025, 11:59 p.m. NST(UTC+08:00).

*Full-length Papers:
If the full-length paper is accepted, the copyright of the paper will be transferred to "Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers" (IEEE). Accepted full-length papers for Regular Sessions and Special Sessions will be published in the Conference Proceedings, as well as in the digital database of IEEE Xplore. "No-show (not presented)" papers, however, will not be considered for inclusion in the two databases named above.
